Jason Sharman is founder and Managing Partner of Burlington Real Estate; Poland’s first investment only advisory practice, covering all commercial assets classes including office, industrial, retail and leisure. Burlington Real Estate provide investment acquisition and disposal advice, sourcing of debt, financial modelling, due diligence and asset management solutions. Jason started his career in London where he trained as a Chartered Surveyor and since 1998 has been working on real estate transactions in Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Poland. In 1998 Jason moved to central Europe working initially for DTZ in Kiev and the Czech Republic and then moved to JLL in Poland in 2001 as a Director and head of Offices and Industrial. In 2003 Jason moved to King Sturge in Poland, as Country Manager growing the business over eight years to over 150 staff covering all commercial real estate advisory disciplines; winning numerous awards. In 2007 Jason was made an Equity Partner of King Sturge and in 2010, he was made head of central & eastern Europe. In 2011 King Sturge was acquired by JLL and after a period as a Regional Director in their Warsaw office, Jason left and established his own firm ‘Sharman Church’, focusing on Office, Industrial and Capital markets. In April 2017 Sharman Church merged with the advisory business of Balmain Asset Management’s to form BSC Real Estate Advisors, where Jason continued as Managing Partner until leaving to found Burlington Real Estate. Jason is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and holds a degree in Valuation & Estate Management from the University of the West of England. Jason speaks English and can communicate in Polish, Russian and French.
Prior to founding Burlington Real Estate, Jason was Managing Partner of BSC Real Estate Advisors, overseeing the operational running of the business, as well as the Partner in charge of Offices, Industrial and Capital Markets Jason Sharman MRICS Managing Partner
